Case Studies & Testimonials

Remodelling of house, Corby Glen:

An unloved estate house was transformed by remodelling the interior layout and converting part of the double garage to provide a bright spacious open plan interior with improved garden access and views and by altering the first floor layout taking advantage of the countryside views from a previously dark gloomy bedroom. T Square design worked with the client from the outset to achieve the brief and was responsible for contract management of the project on site, working with the main contractor, Anton Gaches of Bourne.

The client's testimonial sums up the success of the project:

Pam, Thank you for your vision and inspiration in turning a scruffy, dark, unloved house into a bright, light, modem home. Your experience, skill and endless patience with my indecision made the whole process so easy for me. I have been involved in many refurbishments before, but this was the biggest and most daunting, made into a really enjoyable experience because you have been there supporting me throughout the project. I would urge anyone taking on a major remodelling of their home to not only get you to do the drawings, planning, tendering etc. but to ask you to manage the project to completion. Your experience with all aspects of the contract was invaluable.

Most sincerely, Mary Smith

Extension and remodelling at Little Humby:

The property is a traditional stone cottage with a series of extensions which had resulted in a poor linear layout of small dark rooms. The brief was to extend the kitchen and improve the layout. By rebuilding the existing single storey lean to extension and remodelling the entrance and existing kitchen area a much improved layout was achieved together with a bright, airy spacious open plan kitchen, family room.

Two storey extension, Oasby:

T Square Design was responsible for obtaining building regulations and construction project management of the construction of a two storey, two bedroomed annex to the existing cottage working with GF builders of Cranwell. The project ran seamlessly coming in on time and on budget.

Well pleased with project & no problems in recommending yourself & Garry to any future clients.

Garage conversion and Extension to bungalow, Grantham:

The bungalow had an attached single garage that was under utilised and a kitchen with no dining space. A new brick external store was built to replace the storage function of the single garage and the garage rebuilt and extended to provide a third bedroom/study and an open plan kitchen/diner with utility room. T Square design was responsible for the entire project from initial design through to completion, working again with GF builders of Cranwell.

The project was finished on time and to budget and exceeded client expectations.
